Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. House ant activity was reported in the kitchen area. I applied gel bait along the back of the counter where I saw a few ants trailing. I also placed an ant bait station along their travel path as well. Just keep food products away in sealed bins so they don’t feed on human would over our baits. In the barn, I inspected all rodent bait stations. There was no feeding at this time. I updated all stations bait. No other issues to report. On the exterior, the rodent bait station by the barn had heavy feeding. The station by the house had moderate feeding. I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Also, termite monitors had no activity at this time. Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. By request, I inspected and treated the master bathroom and main bathroom for spiders and moths. I put a glue board in the master bedroom to help us monitor for spider activity. I then inspected all rodent bait stations in the attic. No feeding at this time. All bait was updated. I also replaced all glue boards in the attic as well. The rodent bait stations in the storage room had very light feeding at this time. I replaced the bait. On the exterior, all exterior bait stations had heavy feeding, including by the pool pump. All bait was replenished. I removed paper wasp nest from the deck. All visible cobwebs were removed from doors and windows. A liquid application was applied to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Good morning Kandy. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with yellow jackets. Upon arrival you mentioned no current interior issues. I observed yellow jackets flying in and out of the wall on the front porch. I started off inspecting the detached garage, I’m happy to report no current issues inside. No issues with the exterior of the detached garage either. Along the house I recommend trimming back vegetation. Rodents and insects can use the branches to enter the home. I then inspected for termites, no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners or of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I also spot treated the yellow jacket nest on the front porch. Completed service today. Inspecting a serviced interior and exterior of home and barn. Started off by inspecting termite monitors around perimeter of home. Happy to report, no activity was found at this time. Next, running base stations on interior and exterior of basement and barn were inspected today. No activity was found on the interior of basement or barn. But, activity was foundon exterior stations and bait was replenished as needed.
